Who we are

This website, knosys.ai, is run by KnosysCloud, LLC, of 1001 N US Highway 1, Suite 802, Jupiter, FL 33477 (“Knosys”, “we”, “us”). If you have a question about anything here, write to [email protected].

What this covers

This policy covers this website: its pages, and the Book a Demo form. It does not cover the Knosys product, or the data people load into it; the terms of service say how that is handled.

What we collect

• When you book a demo. What you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role and company size, and anything you write in the message box. If you reached the form from a plan on the pricing page, we also receive which plan. The form also sends how many seconds it was open before you pressed send, which is how we tell people from automated sign-ups.
• Server records. Like any website, our web server keeps a record of each request: the time, the address asked for, your IP address and the name of your browser. We use these records to keep the site working and secure.
• On your device. The home page leaves one note in your browser’s session storage, saying you have seen its opening animation, so that a refresh does not play it again. It stays on your device, is cleared when you close the tab, and is never sent to us.
• What we do not collect. This site sets no cookies, has no accounts or sign-in, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

We use what you send in the form to answer your request, to arrange the demo, and to contact you about it, which is what the box you tick agrees to. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

The form is run by Formspree (formspree.io). When you send it, your details go to Formspree’s servers, which pass them to us by email and may keep a copy. Formspree is based in the United States, so your details can be processed outside your own country; how it handles them is described in Formspree’s own privacy policy.

Within Knosys, your details are seen by the people who handle demo requests. We share them with no one else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for as long as we need it to deal with the request and to keep a sensible record of it. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and take back your agreement to be contacted. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

Children

This site is for people at work. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
