These terms cover this website only. Using the Knosys platform is governed by the customer agreement you sign with us. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to the product, and nothing on this page overrides that agreement.
Who you are agreeing with

Using the site
You may read this site, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not:
- copy the site, or a substantial part of it, to present as your own;
- attempt to gain access to any system or data behind it that is not offered to the public;
- interfere with it, overload it, or automate requests in a way that degrades it for others;
- use the demo request form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately false; or
- scrape it to train a model or build a competing product.
Booking a demo
Submitting the form is a request for a meeting, not a purchase, and it creates no contract between us. We may decline a request. Please give us information that is accurate and yours to give — if you enter someone else’s details, you are telling us you have their permission. What happens to the information you send is described in our privacy notice.
What is on the page
The product screenshots and the animated assistant demonstration are illustrations of how Knosys works. The demonstration on the home page is a scripted recording, not a live session, and the figures in it are sample data. Features described here may change, and what you actually receive is what your customer agreement says you receive.
We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not promise it is complete, current, or free of errors. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Our marks and content
The Knosys name, logo, wording, layout, code and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The names of other companies and products — the data sources we list, for example — belong to their respective owners, and listing them means we connect to them, not that they endorse us.
Links out
Where we link to another site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for it.
Availability
We make no promise that this site will be available at any particular time. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice. There is no service level attached to a marketing site; service levels apply to the product and live in the customer agreement.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
