The short version

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no session recording and no fingerprinting. The only personal information we receive is what you type into the “Book a Demo” form and choose to send us.

Who we are

What we collect, and why

Only the demo request form collects personal information. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

What you type

Your name, work email address, company, company size, and — if you choose to write one — the question you would like the demo to answer. Your name and email are needed to arrange and confirm the meeting. Company and company size let us route your request to someone who knows your industry. The question is optional and exists so the engineer can prepare.

Where you came from

Which button on the page you clicked, any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, gclid), the page that referred you, and the time the form was rendered. This tells us which parts of the site actually help people and which do not. It is submitted with the form and at no other time.

Your consent

The form will not submit without you ticking the consent box. That tick, and the time of it, are part of the submission.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not use any of it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who it goes to

The form is delivered by Formspree, which receives your submission, stores it, and emails it to us. Formspree acts as our processor. It is the only third party your browser contacts on this site, and it is contacted only at the moment you press Book my demo.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request logs — including your IP address — to serve the page and to protect it from abuse. We do not have access to those logs as an identifiable record of you.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. The form says “no newsletter, no reselling” and that is a description of what happens, not a preference you have to set.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your device, and it cannot follow you to another website. It reports totals, not people.

Cookies and browser storage

There are none. This site sets no cookies of any kind, and writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If you have blocked cookies entirely, every part of this site still works.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we are in contact with you about your enquiry, and for [CONFIRM: retention period, e.g. 24 months] after our last contact, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time; that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. Ask by email and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the UK or the EEA and you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, but you do not have to.

Children

This is a business product and the site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
